Two Captured Delegates

We have received reports that the CEO of Sabic and the Minister of Public Messenging have been captured by Russian forces and used in propaganda videos. We received a quote from the CEO of Sabic immediately before his capture and he said he didn't feel safe in his current location and that he had attempted to flee the country the day previously but was blocked by his government.
