Dr. Elangovan is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and the Director of International Programs at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. His interests are in the areas of wellbeing at work, callings, leadership, organizational analysis, trust, conflict management, and negotiations.

 

Since joining the UVic faculty in 1992, Elangovan has won countless awards including the 3M National Teaching Fellowship in 2012 as well as being named a UVic Distinguished Professor in 2013.

 

His personal experience and connections to internationalization in his work life make him perfect for the role of speaker at our conference. His opinions on the current political state of the world as well as his inspiring messages to youth will certainly be useful to the delegates at this conference.
